In conjunction with Land & New Homes agents through our membership of the Land & New Homes Network, land owners, house builders and key industry partners, we promote active, profitable relationships, shared goals and networking with purpose.
Uniquely, our sector contains a rich mix of legal, commercial, consultative, ecological and financial talent and we’re keen to develop an ever-more diverse network of valued collaborators. Together, we can identify and develop rewarding development opportunities.
Historically, our sector has been restricted to client/supplier relationships that are clearly weighted in one direction. But when our team and partners come together, there’s a genuine enthusiasm to share insight and information, to help strengthen each other’s businesses and to work together on securing new deals. We will frequently engage in problem solving and give each other valuable advice and feedback.
We’re only able to do this by engaging with independent industry professionals. And crucially, we appreciate that we all have our part to play – from identifying and securing sites, to designing and building the developments, to marketing and, ultimately, selling the properties.
