90% of the rent including the VAT of the first month’s rental income

• Undertaking credit checks and references of the proposed tenant
• Preparation of Inventory/Schedule of Condition at the beginning and end of the tenancy
• Preparation of the Lease
• Collect first months rent and deposit
• Client Money Protection Insurance Certificate – Tenancy Deposit Scheme

Fully Managed

12% of rent including VAT of the monthly rental income

Set Up Fee For Fully Managed Properties £250 including VAT

• Advertising and marketing your property
• Undertaking credit checks and references of proposed tenant
• Preparation of Inventory, Schedule of Condition & Lease
• Rent collections from Tenant and transferring payment to Landlord
• Dealing with any problems raised by the Tenant
• Regular inspections of the property and a final check of the property at the end
• Client Money Protection Insurance Certificate – Tenancy Deposit Scheme
