We currently manage blocks in the East Devon area including Sidmouth and Exmouth. We offer a friendly service very much tailored to your requirements. We offer a range of services as required, including:

• Maintain the books and records, keeping the board informed
• Collection of maintenance charges
• Paying all approved bills promptly
• Prepare an annual budget
• Organise and attend the AGM and take minutes
• Attend Board Meetings as requested
• Attendance at the property to check for maintenance and repair.
• Liaising with the Directors on a regular basis
• Obtaining of quotes for larger works and services
• Company Secretary duties

We would also like to confirm that at all times we would carry out the wishes of the Directors of the company and act in their best interests.
