Hall & Scott provide a comprehensive management service for many blocks of flats across East Devon which ensures that the complexities of legislation involved are taken care of.

We currently manage blocks in the East Devon area including Sidmouth and Exmouth We offer a friendly service very much tailored to your requirements. We believe that our Property Management can provide the level of commitment and service that you require and will manage your property in an efficient, cost effective and respectable manner.

We offer a range of services as required, including:

Maintain the books and records, keeping the board informed
Collection of maintenance charges
Paying all approved bills promptly
Prepare an annual budget
Organise and attend the AGM and take minutes
Attend Board Meetings as requested
Attendance at the property to check for maintenance and repair.
Liaising with the Directors on a regular basis
Obtaining of quotes for larger works and services
Company Secretary duties
